Does your yarn ever talk to you?
Mine is screaming at me.
It is saying "NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!".
That would be the yarn I am trying to use to make Ruffles. It is a lovely varigated blue supersoft merino wool from Interlacements. Since the day I bought it, it has been telling it wants to be a pair of socks and fingerless mitts. I tried to force it to be Ruffles but neither the yarn, nor I, (nor Ruffles for that matter) are happy.
See how unhappy it looks:
And how much better now:
I am now thinking of using some Elsebeth Lavold Silky Wool for Ruffles.
Meanwhile the Campus scarf grows REALLY slowly. Not even worth taking a picture.
