Ene's Scarf Progress

I restarted Ene's Scarf last week and have made it through the first pattern. After a couple of false starts, it is progressing nicely, I think.

    What yarn did you use for this? I have a Lace weight that I'm using and it seems really small. Your beautiful progress puts mine to shame! But for now I had to put it down and focus on holiday gifts!

    The yarn is Jaeger Matchmaker merion 4 ply. I would call it a fingering weight not lace weight. The ball band says 28 sts/10 cm on size 3 needles. I am using size 7
