Here's Ruffles so far:

It's about 23 inches - one ball of DB Cashmerino Aran lasted 18 inches worth.

And I've begun Color on Color:

Good on you for attempting the color on color. Looks like WAY too much seaming and finishing for me! Do you have plans for any other scarfstyle projects? What yarn are you using in the color on color?

I want to know what yarn you're using for colour on colour as well -- it looks beautiful. Could you please email me at

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for the comments, gals!
For those wondering - I'm using the yarn called for in the pattern - Paternayan Persian Wool Floss. Got it at Selma's Yarns for $0.75/skein. Though later I've heard from folks at the Yahoo Color on Colour group that there are places that sell kits for this scarf for less than I paid. Dang! BTW CynCyn - if you're comfortable picking up stitches, that's most of the seaming involved - at least as far as I've gotten in the pattern!
So, my Ruffles (in Pea Green!) is almost 1/3 way there, and I tried the trellis crochet one last night. Let's just say I need to get a little more comfortable with crocheting before attempting that again - you have to start with a 'chain 301 sts.' !!!
    Happy Knitting!
