I always liked this pattern and the yarn you chose enhances it even further. So far, it's looking beautiful.

Thanks for all the nice comments. Monika asked if I had dyed the yarn myself: Nope. It was hand-dyed in Chile, according to the label.

I got the yarn from the Orchardside Yarn Shop outside Lexington, VA. www.oysyarnshop.com They have a festival about twice per year and this yarn was on sale.

This my first time using alpaca and I like it. Though the price will keep me from using it too often---even on sale.
