Another Ruffle maker

Hi I'm new here. The ruffle scarf just called to me to be knit.... so my mom is getting one for christmas. The Camel Hair yarn I picked up at elann.com should work out pretty well for this. I'll post a photo once I get going (so tomorrow :-) )
